The form of potassium nitrate containing specially selected crystals, hence its trade name. It is a product widely used in the automotive industry and for the production of explosives and fireworks. Potassium nitrate with these parameters prevents the formation of uncontrolled explosions, thanks to which production processes are more stable.
Potassium nitrate is classified under Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008 as an oxidizing solid, Category 3.
